[3dem] Postdoc position - Cryo-electron tomography of emerging RNA viruses entry

Dear all,



We have an open post-doc position at Heidelberg University on Cryo-electron
tomography of emerging RNA viruses, with a focus on virus entry. We are
seeking to recruit a highly motivated post-doc in the field of structural
virology to join a Horizon Europe-founded international consortium
DEFENDER, which aims to identify novel viral entry factors and develop
novel antiviral approaches. The post-doc will be based at Heidelberg
University and will apply in situ cryo-electron tomography,
cryo-correlative light and electron microscopy and image processing methods
to study virus-infected cells and purified viruses.
