[3dem] Abstracts for talks at 2024 ACA (Denver CO) due March 29th

Dear EM community,
The cryo-EM SIG has organized a group of interesting cryo-EM focused sessions for the 2024 ACA meeting in Denver (July 7-12). There are also exciting dedicated sessions on microED and Ed Eng will lead a cryo-EM workshop on Sunday (July 7th).

The cryo-EM sponsored sessions are as follows:
Session: New Developments in cryo-EM and cryo-ET
(Chairs: Vignesh Kasinath, UC Boulder, and Shyamal Mosalaganti, University of Michigan)
 
Session: Algorithms and computational methods in cryo-EM
(Chairs: Alexis Rohou, Genentech, and Joey Davis, MIT)
 
Session: Structure of Nucleic Acids I – cryo-EM
(Chairs: Yuan He, Northwestern, and Melanie Ohi, University of Michigan)
 
Session: New sample preparation technology for cryo-EM and cryo-ET
(Chairs: David Taylor, University of Texas, and Ed Eng, NCCAT)

Abstracts are due March 29th to be considered for an oral presentation. I encourage trainees at all levels to be bold and apply to present your work. All EM sessions will be choosing speakers from submitted abstracts. This will be a very friendly and supportive opportunity to share your research and grow your cryo-EM network of colleagues.
