[3dem] cryoET workshop at the University of Michigan

Dear all,

We are happy to announce our *5th Annual Data Processing Workshop from 9-13
June at the University of Michigan. *

This year's workshop will focus on cryo-electron tomography data
processing, which will include, in addition to tomography basics,
tilt-series alignment, reconstruction, subtomogram averaging,
classification, heterogeneity analysis and segmentation through the use of
software such as IMOD, Warp/M, Relion, STOPGAP and tomoDRGN (segmentation
software to be finalized).

Applicants with some experience in cryo-ET are encouraged to apply and will
be given priority.
