[3dem] How to clean the Aquilos 2 specimen shuttle

Dear colleagues,

After many times uses with multiple sputter coatings and GIS depositions,
our 35/45 degree pre-tilt specimen shutters became very dirty and do not
hold the auto-grids well. We are asking communities for ways to clean them
up or restore their functionality. Any ideas or recommendations would be
highly appreciated.
