[3dem] glow discharge carbon coated grids several times?

Hi Tobias,
In my experience, it is usually fine, but depending on the amount of
carbon, mesh spacing, and handling technique they will accumulate more
damage over time. For example 400 mesh 2/2 µm is stronger than 200 mesh
3.5/1 µm which are almost "all hole." You can see the foil readily on a
light microscope like used in tissue culture if you want to make sure they
are still good before use.
