The Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases (IND) at the University of California, San Francisco at Mission Bay is seeking to recruit outstanding faculty candidates with research interests in fundamental problems in neurodegeneration. Candidates with approaches using biophysical tools including cryo-EM and cryo-ET are of particular interest. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art instrumentation at the IND, including a Krios, Glacios, L120C, and a newly installed Helios Hydra PFIB-SEM.
