A PhD position is open for the realization of a PhD in Computer Science within the framework of a collaborative research project between the University of Murcia and the National Institutes of Health<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.nih.gov/__;!!Mih3wA!AUypQ8DfhLHJ5EsJcqWLRFQp2OqxVg5rtyUeBO9_w3ZTOnnHPgEzCUajKlaQpmIoiI6MV0LTFuW0CO-1Fvvk0A$ > (USA). The research line is focused on the development of artificial intelligence algorithms for Cryo-Electron Tomography.

Duration: 3 years (with the possibility of extension until obtaining the PhD).
Location: based in Bethesda (near of Washington D.C., USA) with visits to the University of Murcia (Spain).

     *   High Performance Computing: C/C++, multithreading, CUDA, ...
