[3dem] CM200 stage - serial port

Hi Tim,

That is for the controlling the other holder types like double tilt holder
or the rotation holders.

In the past all CM200s were delivered with a 5 volume user and service
manuals in folders with all drawings etc. Normally 4 white and one
red/orange. User manual, mechanics and electronics. Also there were a
separate documentation and floppy drives etc about how to control the scope
using Turbo Pascal. Did you searched for them? Senior TFS engineers must
have them. They are not very rare things.
