    Dear all,
    a PhD position is available in the Roderer lab at the Leibniz Research Institute of Molecular Pharmacology (FMP) in Berlin, Germany. The PhD will apply cryo-EM/SPA and integrated structural biology to elucidate the structural basis of substrate recognition and proteolysis of intramembrane proteases. The project will be financed by the Einstein Center of Catalysis and carried out in close conjunction with the research groups of Prof. Dr. A. Lange (FMP) and Prof. Dr. H. Sun (FMP). The anticipated starting time is October 2023. A master degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Physics, Chemistry or a related subject with excellent grades is required. Experience in structural biology or protein biochemistry is of advantage.
