[3dem] MotionCor2 1.6.3 released

Dear Colleagues,

This new release has implemented several changes that result in noticeable
Thon ring improvement. The comparison based on FSC distribution also shows
noticeable improvement as opposed to the previous release (version 1.5.0).
The Thon ring images are embedded here for your reference.

manual for the changes made, which is included in the zip file that can be
