[3dem] Relion Project Visualization Tool

Hi,

I am happy to share an updated version of the Relion project visualization
tool, Follow Relion Gracefully!

This script lets users plot the most relevant statistics from Relion jobs
in a static website format. The latest version also supports multi-project
previews, tomography job previews, and optimized performance. Job
statistics are plotted using the web server, which can be executed on a
