[3dem] CryoCLEM adaptor

Hi Everyone,

We have developed a custom adaptor set

handling steps of unclipped grids/autogrids during cryoCLEM/FIB-milling in
the cryoET workflow. In particular, for those that use the Linkam CMS196V³
CryoCLEM/fluorescent imaging stage along with the Leica VCT500 transfer
system for FIB-milling in a Zeiss CrossBeam FIBSEM, this custom clamp
adaptor enables you to insert your Linkam cartridge, holding your
grid/autogrid, directly into the Leica shuttle, reducing the manual
handling steps of the grid. This of course reduces risk of sample damage,
contamination, etc.

For those who use the Linkam stage for fluorescence imaging before milling
with the Aquilos, if there is a desire to have a similar adaptor for that
set of instruments, please feel free to reach out.
