[3dem] AreTomo 1.3.0 has been released.

Dear Colleagues:

This new release endeavors to streamline AreTomo and subtomo averaging
pipeline. A major effort is to ensure the data integrity among different
files needed for subtomo averaging, which was not very robust due to
removal of dark images and adjustment of tilt angles.

More specifically, "-OutImod" now has three options for the generation of
Imod files suitable for Relion4 and Warp, respectively. For Relion4 users,
the dark images detected by AreTomo will be labeled in tilt.com. For Warp
users, a new tilt series is generated that consists of only the preserved
raw images without the rejected ones. The last option is for users willing
to start subtomo averaging using locally aligned tilt series.

This new release also improves the local alignment accuracy and runs faster
due to less CPU/GPU data copy.
