[3dem] Announcing the cryo-EM Workshop on Sample Preparation and Screening at LBMS, BNL

Dear LBMS current and potential users and previous cryo-EM workshop attendees,

We are pleased to announce our first in-person LBMS workshop on February 3rd, 2023 from 9am to 5pm ET. This first quarterly workshop (2023-1) will focus on practical aspects of both negative staining and cryo-sample preparation for single particle analysis and sample screening using LBMS screening electron microscopes.

To optimize the interactions and hands-on experience, this workshop will be limited to 12 participants. The registration fee is $40 and will include breakfast, lunch and coffee break. For eligible applicants, limited travel assistance (overnight housing) will be offered.
