[3dem] Gatan 655 pumping station maintenance

Dear all,
I wonder how often it is necessary to change the oil cartridge in the Gatan
655 turbo pumping station? The manual says that it has to be done once a
year, but is there any reasonable indicator of when to do that actually?
What happens if we change it every two years?
How do you clean the butterfly valves V1 and V2 in case they get
contaminated with dust, do you apply any vacuum grease?
