[3dem] model building from EM map

Dear all,

I am a novice in atomic model building. There is  a small part of our EM
map with ~20 residues which we do not know what it is. The EM map has the
resolution 2.7 angstrom with side chains clearly visible.  I am wondering
is there any way/software to predict the sequence from an EM map?
