[3dem] Relion version of Topaz

Hi Esther,

I don't know where your relion_star_printtable command comes from. Are
you using an ExternalJob to speak to Topaz? You should use relion-4.0,
which has topaz integrated into its AutoPick jobtype. You should
download and install the modified topaz software yourself and make sure
it runs also outside of relion-4.0.
