Dear all,

We would like to hereby invite you to CTLS Open Workshop on Effective Accounting in Core Facilities, in collaboration with Agendo!

This workshop intends to raise ideas and propose cost-effective solutions to relieve staff from the accounting burden, so that they can focus on science. We will provide examples from peers, an expository training session of 30 minutes on how a full or partial financial integration can be made, and the pros and cons of each solution. In the last 15 minutes there will be room for Q&A, so that you can evaluate the best strategy for your setup.

Flash Talk #2. The journey from manual to automatic accounting (15 min) – José Rino (Instituto de Medicina Molecular João Lobo Antunes)
Flash Talk #3. Cost-effective workflow for financial integration (15 min) – Pedro Garcia (Champalimaud Foundation)
Flash Talk #4. Considerations on ERP integration for automatic billing (30 min) – Cláudia Faria (Agendo)
Q&A (15 min)
