[3dem] Fringe-free imaging on Krios G3

Hi everyone

I would like to ask if anyone has experience with the adaptation of a Krios G3i for fringe-free imaging.
We have a fringe-free column alignment, which works well, but are now thinking about adjusting the compustage to the fringe-free plane as well. TFS is offering this adaptation. I am wondering if anyone has done this and experienced any issues.
