The Online CryoEM Study Group has been running since Nov 2020.

After about a year of catering to an audience of mainly advanced
practitioners, I will now be reaching out to an audience of computational
methods developers. I've archived the past meetings etc here

This term the plan is to go over "mathy cryoem papers", computational
approaches (from math, stats, cs), and physics (causality, modeling)
interesting to cryo-EM computational methods developers. The syllabus for
the upcoming months is here

The usual meeting time this term will be Friday at 9 AM, Pacific time (12
PM Eastern / 6 PM CET).

This Friday we'll discuss a recent paper on aligning 3D maps.
