[3dem] SubAngstrom Dose Calculator V1.3

Dear All,

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions since we first launched this.

We're happy to implement additional changes that would be useful for the
community.

Version 1.3 of our dose calculator is now live at subangstrom.com/dose and
is free to use. This is a convenient way to quickly calculate optimal dose,
dose per frame, dose per tilt etc based on various variables.

You can now add meta data and conveniently send the information via e-mail.
We hope you enjoy it.
