[3dem] mtriage phenix - fsc map to model fit plotting problems

Hi everyone,
recently I tried to plot the fsc for the model to map fit. The mtriage log file is showing that the cross section at FSC=0 should be at 2.96 A and at FSC=0.143 should be at 3.21 A. However when I plot the two columns representing the 1/d and FSC from the mtriage run, the cross section at FSC=0 is at 2.13 A and at FSC=0.143 is at 2.6 A. Only after I rescale the x-axis to the correct pixel size (resolution) I get the valid cross section based on the log file FSC=0 at 2.96 A and FSC=0.143  at 3.21 A . This also almost matches the FSC=0.143 of the map alone at 3.3 A.  Does anybody have this type of experience? Do we have to rescale the x-axis to the correct pixel size?
