Actually, I think you may simply kill and restart the Tecnai user interface (it's called PEOUI.EXE in the windows task manager).

Yes this is an annoying bug. The only thing that helps is to restart the computer.

Hi Folks!
Does anyone encountered this kind of error on Titan (screen shot attached)? If so , then is there any quick remedy for this error!
Any advice and suggestions  are welcome.
