[3dem] CryoSPARC v3.3 now available

Dear 3DEM,

A new version of cryoSPARC, v3.3, is now available.

Some highlights:

   - 3D Classification (BETA). Quickly classify particles without
   re-alignment, supporting million+ particle datasets with 100+ classes
   - Automatic Blob Picker Tuner, simplifying picking setup with a handful
   of manual picks
   - Ewald sphere correction, anisotropic magnification correction
   - Performance improvements, including speedups for 3D refinement up to
   20%.
   A benchmark refinement of 100k particles (EMPIAR-10028) to 3.0Å takes
   only 5.2 minutes. TIFF file reading is substantially faster for GPFS and
   Lustre file systems
   - EMDB-friendly XML outputs for FSC curves
   - Ruler and scale bar tools in cryoSPARC Live
   - Many updates and bug fixes
