The Furukawa Laboratory at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) in the suburb of New York City is looking for postdoctoral scientists interested in dissecting molecular machinery involved in the brain physiology and neuron-cancer interfaces by a combination of cryo-EM, electrophysiology, antibody engineering, reagent development, crystallography, and more.

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is equipped with Titan-KRIOS electron microscope/K3 direct electron detector and has a frequent access to the NSLS-II synchrotron beamlines (AMX and FMX). Our group is also equipped with electrophysiology rigs and other biophysical tools. CSHL has excellent core facilities for antibody engineering, imaging, and so on.
