[3dem] About Relion Multi body analysis

Hi Folks,
Is there any way to find out if the first bin map eg analyse_component001_bin001.mrc is from positive or negative amplitude?  If *001 is from negative (let say) then *010 should be from positive (i guess). Or it is not possible to find out?  I try to run relion_flex_analyse but I do not see that outcome.
I hope I made my question clear.
Any suggestions are welcome.
