Hello all,

Our lab is developing CryoVR, a cryo-EM virtual reality (VR) training platform. The goal of CryoVR is to provide an immersive training environment for scientists and the general public to familiarize themselves with various cryo-EM equipment and procedures. Our current progress includes full procedural simulations of sample preparation on the Gatan CP3 and the Thermo Fisher Vitrobot Mark IV. We are planning to develop other modules for equipment and procedures for various electron microscope models, cryo-CLEM, and cryo-FIB amongst others. We would like to hear your feedback on our current progress as well as future suggestions for equipment and procedures you would like to see in CryoVR.
