[3dem] Tecnai T12 Camera config

Dear Krishna,
T12 with 4k x 4k will definitely work.  Computer is cheap now, so you can
get it along with 4k x 4k upgrade.
Perhaps others here will be able to enlighten you about Leginon and other
requirements that you have.
