[3dem] PySeg Tutorial

Dear 3DEM community

I'm writing you here to announce that PySeg software (Nature Methods 
17:206-219(2020); https://doi.org/10.1038/s41592-019-0675-5) has also 
been released through GitHub https://github.com/anmartinezs/pyseg_system.git

PySeg is a software for template-free detection and classification of 
membrane associated complexes in cryo-ET, which can handle with in situ 
structural heterogeneity. PySeg is a powerful but sophisticated tool 
(open-source python package + scripts), and under our experience the 
only way to go for de novo approaches on sparsely distributed membrane 
proteins.

As a new feature you can find a tutorial in

This tutorial contains code to generate sinthetic input data so all 
results are reproducible (attached some preview images), we strongly 
recommend users to complete this tutorial before starting to process 
their experimental data.

Becuse every lab has its own workflow for tomogram reconstruction, 
membrane segmentation and sub-tomogram averaging, don't hesitate to 
contact with us if you need consulting to integrate PySeg into your 
workflow.
