Dear all, 

I am looking for an engineer position or pHD student position in a laboratory, with a particular interest for ribosome project. 
 
While my studies in Structural Biology at University of Strasbourg in Klaholz group I have developed a high interest for cryo-electron microscopy, and I participated in the determination of the structure of the capsid of the phage 1358 at high resolution (~4 angstrom). With the department’s expertise in both biochemistry, computational resources and in microscopy, I acquired solid knowledge in image processing and on purification of ribosomes. During my PhD project, I obtained a 3D structure of human ribosomes in complex with an antibiotic with a resolution to 2.7 Angstrom which can allowed us to localize and analyze the molecular interactions of the inhibitor. 
My great interest for ribosome project and image processing I developed a new project in order to study the molecular mechanism of a protein involved in translation and which may have a potential implication to understand and design new novel translation inhibition.

My experiment in purification on human ribosomes, image processing and protein purification would be an asset. 

My dynamism, my creativity and my critical thinking will allow me to integrate with autonomy and in the best conditions your laboratory.
