[3dem] monolayer graphene treated by UV 254/185

Recently I found interesting paper on BioRxiv by Yimo Han, et al, using Ultraviolet/ozone cleaner ( UVOCS) to treat graphene surfaces to make graphene grids hydrophilic, we don’t have exactly model instrument,  I wonder if someone else has tried this method with different type of UV/Ozone cleaner, thanks for any inputs ?
