Dear colleagues and friends,

You may have already heard: Professor Michael Rossmann passed away earlier this morning, May 14th 2019, surrounded by his close family. Michael was a towering figure in structural biology, and has mentored, inspired and influenced so many of us. He will be dearly missed but fondly remembered.

A memorial service is being planned at the University Place in West Lafayette, Indiana, on May 24th.
