[3dem] DQE assessment post gif?

Does anyone have a program to assess the DQE on a post GIF K2 or K3?  The standard pointer does not work with FindDQE from the Grigorieff lab because it is blurry and also cannot deal with the mask that Gatan provides.  Any alternatives out there?  Thanks.
