[3dem] Symmetry expansion in Relion 3.0

Hi,

Please look at the help message by running
"relion_particle_symmetry_expand" without
any command line arguments.

Basically:
 relion_particle_symmetry_expand --i input.star --o expanded.star --sym
your_point_group
