[3dem] relion C1 autorefine after particles C4 symmetry expansion

Data processing in relion, particles after C4 symmetry expansion were used to autorefining. This time the symmetry was set to C1. However, the density map showed the densities of some flexible loops (but not noise signal) are not symmetry. Is it reasonable? or some parameters I set were wrong?


I am also wondering how to search previous Q&As.
