PhD position available

We are hiring a gifted person with an M.Sc. degree in biophysics, biochemistry, biology or in another relevant field to conduct a research project aiming to understand molecular workings of an integral-membrane enzyme complex of the retina. This multidisciplinary project combines in vitro protein selection, biophysical protein characterization, structural biology work (X-ray crystallography and electron microscopy) and eukaryotic cell culture experiments.
