[3dem] MotionCor2 > v1.0.1 w/ EL6

Good morning all,
We currently have MotionCor2 01-30-2017 running on our gpu servers running
centos 6.9. I recently tried to upgrade to version 1.2.1, however I've run
into issues with the getting the libtiff4/jbig/glibc2.14 dependencies met.
On the gpu servers running centos 7.5 I am able to run MotionCor2 v.1.2.1
without any issues.

Does anyone have and recommendations as to how to run MotionCor2 v1.0.1 or
greater under EL6?
