organization, and tracking, as we look to continue to improve the

For anyone unfamiliar, here is a brief history of our developments in
Cryo-EM <https://www.mitegen.com/product-category/cryo-em/>:


In 2017, after many interactions with users frustrated using conical tubes
to store and ship grids, we leveraged our experience in the high-throughput
revolution in X-ray crystallography to develop and commercialize the
first Cryo-EM
Puck System <https://www.mitegen.com/product/cryo-em-pucks/>. Developing
this system was a first step to improve the organization, storage,
transport, and tracking of grids in cryogenic grid boxes.

We designed our puck system to be compatible with the most widely adopted
standard in crystallography, the Universal V-1 Puck
<https://www.mitegen.com/product/universal-pucks-and-tools/>, such that the
storage and transportation hardware would be compatible.

We have seen incredible success of this system and have received lots of
great comments on the design. Thank you to everyone for that!

We are now looking at the next series of enhancements. Your input on our
survey would be highly valuable in helping shape these developments.
