The successful candidate will work in a team of five software developers and develop algorithms, write scripts and software for image processing in single particle cryo-EM as well as cryo electron tomography and maintain the software package SPHIRE. As part of the team she/he will teach the usage of the program in workshops and support users.
Requirements:
The successful candidate has an excellent PhD in computer science, computational biology, physics or related areas. Proficiency in scripting is expected. Experience in deep learning and other machine learning techniques would be advantageous.
