[3dem] Grafix high resolution

Hi All

Couple of pedestrian questions about single particle cryo-EM on samples prepared by Grafix.


1) For those who have managed to achieve high resolution structures with samples prepared by Grafix, has anyone actually been able to observe the density for a single glutaraldehyde cross-link?


2) Would you expect to see these densities if the resolution was high enough?
