[3dem] error message during particles re-extraction

Dear all,

I am writing because I have a problem with particles extraction in Relion 2.1b1
When I run an Extract job using the "re-extract refined particles" option, I get the following error message at the end of the job: "ERROR in appending metadata tables with not the same columns!".
The job runs correctly if I don't use the re-extract option.
Can anyone help me?
