[3dem] Positions available at Cryo-EM Facility, University of Cambridge

Dear Colleagues,

We are looking to recruit two highly motivated and enthusiastic members of staff for the newly established Cryo-EM Facility at the Department of Biochemistry, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. 

The facility currently has Talos Arctica 200 kV (with Falcon 3EC) and Titan Krios 300 kV (being installed, including Falcon 3EC and K2 with BioQuantum GIF/K2 detectors) microscopes, two Vitrobots for grids preparation and a variety of computational resources for Cryo-EM data processing. There are more than 18 research groups in Department and a lot more in the University of Cambridge which will rely on the facilities and expertise provided. You’ll be joining a vibrant academic environment, at the most exciting time - at the beginning of the facility establishment.

The positions are for initial duration of three years with a possibility of further extension, and are available immediately. The closing date for both will be 4th February. Details about the positions can be found here:
