[3dem] MSM XX - Microscopy of Semi Conducting Materials 2017

Registration is still open for the 20th Microscopy of Semi Conducting Materials Meeting, taking place from 9 - 13 April at the University of Oxford.

The conference will focus on the most recent advances in the study of the structural and electronic properties of semiconducting materials by the application of transmission and scanning electron microscopy. The latest developments in the use of other important microcharacterisation techniques including scanning probe microscopy, X-ray topography and diffraction will also be featured.
Developments in materials science and technology covering the complete range of elemental and compound semiconductors will be described.

The full programme is now available to view online, covering topics including:

-          Cathodoluminescence

-          Analytical TEM

-          SPM and APFIM

-          Lattice Defects

The meeting will also offer a number of networking opportunities including dinners, poster sessions and a yet to be confirmed Oxford-based social activity!

This conference has been running for around 40 years and as such has built up a great community of users working with and studying semi conducting materials. Registration rates for this conference are:
