[3dem] TEM Sussex Symposium invitation: From micromachines to cellular networks

Dear all,
The Electron Microscopy Core Facility of the University of Sussex is pleased to announce its inaugural symposium on May 15th, 2017. Organized in conjunction with JEOL, the symposium will showcase insights into how macromolecules regulate cellular activities and dynamic cellular networks, obtained using Transmission Electron Microscopy and Integrative imaging approaches.

TEM Sussex Symposium: From micromachines to cellular networks

Dates: 15 / 16th of May 2017

Invited speakers include:
Prof. Paul Verkade (University of Bristol), Dr. Corinne Smith (University of Warwick), Prof. Kay Grünewald (University of Oxford), Prof. Neil Ranson (University of Leeds), Prof. Per Bullough (University of Sheffield), Dr. David Bhella (University of Glasgow), Dr. Alessandro Costa (The Francis Crick Institute), Prof. Laurence Pearl FRS (University of Sussex), Prof. Kevin Staras (University of Sussex)

Registration is free but places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. We encourage participants to present their scientific results in a poster session
