[3dem] replacement tool for cryo 914 holder

Hello all,

Does anyone know an easy way to find a replacement tool that opens the Gatan 914 cryo holder in the tilted workstation? Our tool has been lost and Gatan is very slow to respond regarding a replacement one. Thanks in advance. Kristin
