[3dem] 3dem Digest, Vol 103, Issue 15

After looking at the different definitions for researcher 4-6, I think what we need is somewhere between 4 and 5. 5 is more of a PI with responsibility for the research. We don't need that per see, but it's likely applicants will all have to have the level of training required for 5. 
I'm attaching what I put together and we can discuss it further.
