[3dem] Extracting Montage Files from TIA, T12

Hi,

I have just started using the montage collection feature available on the Tecnai 12 and I am trying to figure out how to export the resulting .ser stack file into a useable format (i.e. NOT .ser!).  Does anyone have experience with this?  The usual export function seems to only covert the top file, and I can’t find a setting to automatically save each image as montage collection proceeds.  Any information is greatly appreciated.

Dear colleagues and friends,

The 2nd International Conference on Image Analysis in Three-dimensional Cryo-EM will be held from March 30 to April 2, 2016 at Granlibakken Conference Center, Lake Tahoe, California. The program is available at http://blake.bcm.edu/tahoe2016.

All attendees are encouraged to present their latest research as posters.  As in the previous meeting, the posters will be displayed throughout the meeting and presented during two dedicated poster sessions in the afternoons. Several posters will be selected by a committee to give short poster talks in a session on Friday.

If you would like to attend the meeting, please register by March 18, 2016 at the latest, for inclusion in the program booklet. This is also the deadline for blocked room reservations.
