[3dem] carbon evaporator and plasma cleaner

Dear Colleagues,

I am looking into buying a carbon evaporator and a plasma cleaner. Currently I am interest in the EMS150TES and the Gatan Solarus .  Any input with these system will be appreciated. I would like to know how well the solarus works with Ar gas. Thank you very much.
