[3dem] Evactron CombiClean System for glow discharge?

Dear all,
Does anyone know if the "Evactron CombiClean System" (http://www.evactron.com/evactron-combiclean.html), which is normally used as a plasma cleaning system, can also be used to make the glow discharge of the EM grids?. Thanks.
