There is a company called Technical Sales Solution: www.TechnicalSalesSolutions.com, focused on sale, buy or exchange of used EM facilities, incl TEM, SEM and their accessories.
Check their web, and see the models they listed there, you might get some idea about price. 
You can also sell it to the company directly, though the price you get will certainly smaller than you sale by yourself as the company take profit from the transaction. But the advantage is: they take care of uninstallation, pack and transportation, you don't need care about buyer either, the company sell it later as their own property.

I left out more details  The F20 has a Gatan 495 CCD which is a 4K CCD with a first light controller.  It also has a cryo box anti contaminator and 2 cryo transfer holders (Gatan CT3500 and Gatan 914 ).
